Making Use Of Your Beauty In Marriage(Pt.2)

Scripture:
‘(1) I have made a covenant with my eyes; Why then should I look upon a young woman? (2) Do not lust after her beauty in your heart, Not let her allure you with her eyelids. (3) And it came to pass in an eveningtide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king’s house: and from the roof he saw a woman washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon. And David sent and enquired after the woman.’
(Job 31:1; Proverbs 6:25; 2 Samuel 11:2-3a)

YESTERDAY, WE SAW that Beauty in Women is not accidental but a deliberate creation of God; and that it’s not just good, but VERY GOOD.

We also noted that the ultimate purpose of Beauty is that God would be glorified and that the husband of the woman would enjoy aesthetic, romantic and sexual satisfaction from it.

Our anchor scriptures for today reveal that Beauty can be dangerous outside the confines of home and marriage. This definitely is the reason God commands Women to dress modestly and with shamefacedness:

“In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety(1 Timothy 2:9a)

Now, in our first anchor scripture for today, we can see that the great Patriarch Job had covenanted with his Eyes not to look at the Beauty of young women. Why? Did he have to go to the extent of making a COVENANT with his eyes over the matter of looking at young women? Well, the saintly Patriarch knew himself and what damage the flesh could do if not firmly restrained. He also knew that a mere look could degenerate into a gaze and a gaze could become a leer and then LUST is born!
If the Patriarch would go to the extent of making a covenant with his Eyes against lustful looks, then we can also safely conclude that he must have equally resolved to feed his eyes only with the Beauty of his beloved wife everyday to stay safe.

In our second anchor scripture is a red alert warning against falling prey to LUST through feminine Beauty. This is Beauty outside the confines of Marriage as paraded by strange women who expose their bodies carelessly and deliberately to ensnare the souls of men. One lesson to take hold of here is that Beauty has the Power to ENSNARE and to CAPTIVATE. It can take hold of the mind and control it, even if only briefly. And that is why motor accidents have taken place on the streets and on the highways as drivers have been distracted and carried away by the exposed thighs of ladies who wear Bumshorts or Micromini skirts.
If Beauty could take hold of the mind of men outside of marriage and cause accidents and damage, then it certainly can take hold of the husband’s mind and control it positively and constructively if wives would deliberately use their Beauty for that purpose in the home.

Many years ago, I was hosted by a nice gentleman whose Church had invited me for a Marriage Summit. This man told me that he liked the teachings of my ministry. As we conversed, he told me what herculean task it was for him to see the full naked beauty(body) of his wife after they got married. This means they always made love in pitch-darkness! She would never allow him see her private part yet she was such a pretty lady. He had to plead and entreat her FOR YEARS before she finally consented. Now, do you know that this same thing is happening in many marriages today? Do you still wonder why many married men are drawn to view pornography where strange women openly expose the beauty of the female body which should only be seen by husbands in the bedroom as their wives make it freely available to them? Dear Wife, make it your hobby to undress for your husband often!

In our third anchor scripture, we see the fury, yes, THE RAW POWER of Naked Feminine Beauty and how it can successfully destroy even the godliest of men when they make the mistake of gazing at it, instead of fleeing upon sighting it.
In that passage King David, the Man after God’s heart, was completely swept off his feet by the hurricane of Lust generated by the Naked Beauty of Bathsheba. David was so carried off and never came to himself until he was thoroughly smeared in gross sins including cold-blooded murder!

If BEAUTY has such tremendous negative Powers when exposed carelessly outside the home and marriage, then it shows what mighty power it holds and this power can be wisely harnessed to build deeper and stronger intimacy between husband and and wife. If NAKED BEAUTY could bring David the giant killer down into filth and disrepute then you can use your nakedness to help your husband stay away from the widespread epidemic of immorality and sexually transmitted diseases.

From New York to Moscow and from Abuja to Sydney men are the same: they are all visually driven. They enjoy seeing the body of women. It thrills them. They get drunk with joy when they behold the Glorious Beauty of the Vagina. Dear Wife, let your husband behold this glory in your bedroom often. You’ll be saving him from many things when you do this regularly.

One more thing dear Wife, don’t ever believe that you’re now old and so can’t practice hot and sizzling love with your husband. Listen: God designed the eyes and mind of Men to grow with their wives. As you both advance in years, so does your husband’s Eyes adjust to your Body; enabling him to appreciate your new glow of matured Beauty. When maintained and used constantly, the Body of the Adult Woman offers the deepest, richest and the most intense romantic and sexual Sweetness(Psalm 93:14-15)

It’s Saturday night! Bring some new excitement into your marriage! If your kind of housing is convenient, how about having a warm water bath TOGETHER tonight before going to bed?
In Eden, were our first parents bathing separately or together? Of course, the Bible doesn’t include this detail but I am certain that they bathed together everyday. Why? Because they were simply inseparable.
