I HAD TRAVELED FOR HOURS AND FINALLY arrived my destination at about 9:00 PM and it was only natural for me to look forward to a good night rest. But the disconsolate look on the face of the Wife of my host made me completely uneasy. When I asked her where her husband was, she began sobbing. “He has left me. He’s moved to another part of the State and now lives with another Woman!” If I had not attended their Wedding or known the man, I could have said that she married a fake christian brother. But I knew this man. He was a Believer to the core!
Long story short, a young lady whom she took as her Daughter in the Lord was the one that warmed her way into the heart of her husband and stole him from her in broad daylight! Housewives, beware! Not all that are calling you “Mummy, Mummy! ” are daughters. Be sober, be vigilant!
Another housewife opened her home to a beautiful relative of her’s, not considering the fact she was wayward. But then, who will blame her; after all, it’s only natural to welcome your kith and kin to your home. It’s naturally a thing of joy to host your own. So she hosted her relative for some weeks. Her pretty relative began gravitating towards her husband. Long story short, the visiting relative took over the Marriage. She successfully overthrew the Madam of the House and became The New Madam. Openly!
Another housewife was free with her friend and often came with her to her beautiful home. Because they were so close, nothing in the world would have made her believe that this bosom friend could undress for her husband let alone open her legs for him. But it happened. She got to know only after her friend was pregnant for her husband!
You need to know that “The Army Of Subtle And Deadly Creepers” very much includes Women. These are the people the Bible calls Strange Women.
And when we talk about Strange Women, don’t think that we’re talking about the haggard and illiterate harlots alone. No!
A high percentage of the population of Strange Women is made up of Students both in secondary and tertiary institutions; unmarried female civil servants and business women; divorcees, desperate single mothers as well as unfaithful married women like Herodias! It may shock you to realize that many of these people listed above are in Churches. Infact, a swarm of them are in the Pentecostal Churches, bouncing and dancing merrily
and sometimes even blowing the whistle or the Vuvuzella during the Praise and Worship session. The point here is, many of them are very religious but at the same time promiscuous, lack conscience and are bereft of the fear of God. And that’s why, as a Wife you need to give obedience to our first anchor scripture for today, because whether you like it or not, whether you know it or not, your adversary, the devil is walking about seeking whom to devour. How does he walk about? He walks about in disguise just like he came to Adam and Eve disguised as a serpent! So does he come through Strange Women and Strange Men (the people I have called: the Army Of Subtle And Deadly Creepers).
You also need to note and obey our second anchor scripture. It tells us that when a person is well fed, nothing outside attracts him; but to the starving man, bitter things are sweet. If you don’t want your Spouse to be attracted to the Strange Men or Strange Women outside, please make sure you OVERFEED them at home with the Foods of Love. When you starve them, you’re inviting the devil to have them as easy prey.
