THE EARTH IS A BATTLEFIELD where ferocious and deadly spiritual attacks are being launched every second. It should interest you to know that one of the weapons the devil and his demons are using is the very thing God has given to couples as a blessing. That thing is Sex.
God gave Sex to Spouses to use in getting closer to each other but the enemy comes to use it to make them drift apart. God gave it for husband and wife to use it to console and comfort one another in downtimes but the enemy steps in, wins one of them over to his side and tells him/her it shouldn’t be used for consolation but for celebrations only. And the list goes on! What God meant for joy is being used by Satan to create sorrow, sin, heartaches and deaths in marriages.
It’s no more news that during the Nigeria-Biafra crisis, food blockade and starvation was used as a weapon of war leading to the death of millions. The person behind that 3 year old carnage in Nigeria is Satan. Today, he’s using Sex-Blockade and Sexual Malnutrition to steal, kill and destroy marriages, spouses and homes.
Sex is far more than a pleasurable activity on the marriage bed. The dearth or poverty of it has grave and deep physical and spiritual implications for homes, families and marriages.
God calls Sex WATER(Proverbs 5:15). Use your mind and understand what that means. It means among other things that Sex is as indispensable in marriage as Water is in life. Meaning also that, you can’t live without Sex as a married woman/man, just like you can’t live without water. And have you realized by now that there’s in our bodies recurrent urge for Sex just as there is recurrent thirst for water? As thirst for water can only be satisfied or quenched by a full and satisfactory intake or drinking of water, so also can the desire for sex be satisfied only by full and complete Orgasm. This means that in the marriage bedroom, your duty isn’t just to strip naked and nominally carry out the motions of lovemaking. No! Your assignment is to diligently satisfy your husband or Wife with Orgasms such that they can sincerely tell you that they are indeed satisfied and their thirst fully quenched. Getting a feedback is important. It enables you know what and where you need to improve as a marital sexual service provider.
In conclusion, be always conscious of the fact that we at war with the forces of darkness who use Sex to destroy spouses and their homes. Our second anchor scripture tells us not to let the devil outwit or outsmart us. Don’t let his scheme of creating sexual blockade and sexual poverty in marriages succeed in your home. Instead, earnestly and vigorously promote God’s agenda of sexual abundance and prosperity (1 Corinthians 7:2-5) in your marriage.
