HOW TO BECOME A MARRIED LOVER (PT. 2)

Scripture:
‘(1) “And no one, after drinking old wine, wants new, because he says, β€˜The old is better.’” (2) Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: FOR THY LOVE IS BETTER THAN WINE.’
(LUKE 5: 39; SONG OF SOLOMON 1:2)

REAL MARRIED LOVERS ARE LIKE DRUNKARDS. A Drunkard has a specific brand that’s his favourite and to which he’s addicted. Similarly, Married Lovers are Spouses who have found their favourite “Romantic and Sexual Brand” in their Mate and are drunk with them round the clock! Consequently, they have no desire for infidelity. To them, infidelity is stupidity!

However, it’s important for you to understand that no Drunkard became one in a day. He was transformed into one overtime as he “dutifully attended” the “drinking class” of the Pub house.

Similarly, Married Lovers are not instantly made. They gradually grow in the intensity of their love for each other by dutifully giving and receiving romantic and sexual love from each other until they’re an inseparable pair of Love devotees who are lovestruck with each other and devoted to loving one another.

Our first anchor scripture is very direct. It says when a man is used to drinking Old Wine, he does not desire New Wine. Why? Because his taste is already fixed. He is convinced beyond any persuasion that the Old Wine is THE BEST. But do you know what? The “magic” began with his drinking the Old Wine consistently, frequently and increasingly until he graduated into an addict.

Dear Spouse, do you know that your Mate is your Romantic and Sexual Wine and vice versa? In our second anchor scripture, the lady describes her Spouse’s romantic love as better than wine! Do you know that you’re supposed to be addicted to each other romantically and sexually by now? If as a husband or wife you’re still interested in another woman or man outside your marriage, it’s proof that your personal marital growth and development has been poor and tardy because you’re yet to graduate into a Love Devotee or Married Lover.

In very many marriages, Spouses put restrictions on each other’s romantic and sexual consumption, not knowing that when you let your Mate “drink you”, you’re helping them to get addicted to you; and it’s a matter of time and they’ll no more desire another man or woman. This Spousal addiction is one of the goals the “Law of One Year Honeymoon” was given by God to newly married couples in Israel (Deuteronomy 24:5)

πŸ·πŸ— Take Home Point: DRINK THE ROMANTIC AND SEXUAL WINE FROM EACH OTHER AND YOU’LL BE ADDICTED TO ONE ANOTHER.
