IF CONCEPTION AND MAKING OF BABIES👶👶👶 WERE THE ONLY PURPOSE of sexual intimacy in Marriage, then God would have created Spouses to desire sexual intercourse only once in every two years. Not only that, the sexual organs would have been designed to collapse into a state of inactivity after the birth of a new baby so that they don’t work until when it’s time, two years after, to conceive another offspring. But we all know that it’s not so. This alone tells us VERY LOUDLY that God gave sexual intimacy for usage, not only in getting a conception but for several other purposes too.
As we read in yesterday’s devotional teaching, Sexual intimacy in marriage is “a bundle of DIVERSE BLESSINGS packaged together and given to you and your Spouse to use in enhancing each other’s life.”
Sexual intimacy is a solution to several challenges. It’s an analgesic and a pain reliever💊💉🩺. Its a reinforcer, a re-sealer and fortifier of the matrimonial bond. It’s an entertainment🍉🎷🎺 and thriller that’s quite like no other!
It’s a Cleanser🚿🚿🚿 of the mind from the dusts of Lusts; a Shield of Defense against🛡🛡🛡 moral failure; an indoor Sports for Spouses🏐🥎🏀⚽; a fellowship for knowing each other better and deeper; a powerful means of nonverbal communication💕💕💕with which to express appreciation, approval, love, admiration, etc., It’s the Wine🍷🍷🍷 of Marriage with which to celebrate your union again and again. It’s a well-known longevity⏳⏳⏳ enhancer and so much more!
As we can see from the information above, sexual intimacy is a multipurpose blessing. Use it to solve needs that arise in your marriage and to cheer up one another in a warring world!
💕 When you both need some leisure, use Sex. It’s a game you’ll both tremendously enjoy. It’s better than Table Tennis 🎾🎾🎾, Draft, Ludo, or Whot. It ever leads to harmony and never to rivalry.
💕 When you’re sad, discouraged and sorrowful, use Sex. It may surprise you to hear that Sex was given to Spouses as a means of CONSOLATION AND COMFORT in a troubled world. When going through some of life’s tough challenges, push everything aside for a while and enjoy some steamy Sex. It may not put cash in your hands but it will put you in the frame of mind where you’re more easily open to winning ideas that could change your story.
💕 When you need to re-seal your marriage covenant anew, for instance when celebrating your Marriage Anniversary, use Sex.
💕When you need some bodily exercise, lock the bedroom doors, pull the curtains over the windows and have some spirited Sex together. This is “SEXERCISE”.
💕 When you need to close your mind to tempting sexual suggestions that bombard your mind or flashes of lust or even obvious temptations from some wicked woman or man, tell your Spouse about the situation and come together for some spirited sexual intercourse to shield your mind against those fiery darts of the devil.
💕 When going through severe stress, reach out for Sex with your Spouse and make love. Sex is known to be a good and effective tonic for handling stress.
💕To lose undesirable weight, you don’t only need to run in the mornings or visit the Gym. Sex is your freest and closest means of shedding unnecessary weight. While you’re busy enjoying the Act with your Spouse, you’re gradually working towards the shape you long for. And the more often you come together, the more weight you shed. You probably didn’t know this before.
It’s time to begin to USE sexual intimacy in marriage to birth many other good things other than babies. That’s why God gave it to couples.
