Unlike many treacherous housewives, she got home and immediately told her husband, and together they planned what to do.

At the appointed time, the Nigerian housewife met him in the hotel room, pretending to be available for him to feast on. After the lustful man from the Middle East had pulled off his clothes, the woman’s husband burst into the room with some photojournalists. Because of ignorance, most married couples don’t even know that they ought to function as Love Bees. Sir/Ma, you’ve lived the traditional and lacklustre married life long enough. It’s time to choose the Biblical, “Song-of-Solomonic” model of matrimony where spouses are always head over heels in love. You need to be as busy as bees in your practice of marriage. Of brotherly love, God’s Word says, “Let brotherly love continue” (Hebrews 13:1). The same truth applies to matrimonial love. Spouses need to be in love with each other continually.

You need to be a couple who are always intentionally conscious of their marriage and the need for it to be in top form at all times. Why? Because your marriage is one of the strongest pillars of your lives. That’s why the devil is always targeting it.
To understand the fact that marriage is a major pillar on which life rests, consider the far-reaching and damaging effects of sexual scandals on lives, ministries, and churches. When a sexual scandal takes place — especially when it concerns a minister of the Gospel — there are almost always cataclysmic chains of effects that impact many people. This tells you that so many things are resting on your marriage. You may not realise it until your marriage falters and falls because of your carelessness. But no one needs to learn through the crushing pains of a sexual scandal. Your marriage is far more important than you know. So protect it by ensuring that you and your spouse are practising Love Bees and Lovebirds who are always busily in love with each other.
