WHEN THE FIRST MARRIAGE was instituted, the first activity that took place wasn’t Sex. Neither was it eating together. The first activity in the Original Marriage was SPEECH. Adam SPOKE, COMMUNICATED, TALKED TO his beautiful wife, Eve. And HE DID IT LOVINGLY. He was careful, selective and wise with his choice of WORDS. He used PLEASANT WORDS to communicate the exact message He wanted. The outcome was that HIS WORDS blessed, edified, soothed and UPLIFTED THE SPIRIT of his new Wife.

Dearly Beloved, one of the main causes of crisis, unrest and unhappiness in most marriages is the CARELESS AND UNGUIDED USE OF THE TONGUE.

God’s Word says: “DEATH AND LIFE ARE IN THE POWER OF THE TONGUE”(Proverbs 18:21a) This means that you can speak DEATH into your marriage by using hurting or injurious words and your marriage will become a sad, forlorn, mournful, joyless, weak and sick coexistence of spouses who are weary of each other. Or you can speak LIFE into your marriage by using PLEASANT WORDS that would MINISTER GRACE to your partner and fill your union with joy, peace, laughter, love, unity, friendship; and make you and your Mate grow deeper in Affection and Intimacy; and becoming ever closer to each other.

Beloved, this is a new and special Year. God wants to REBUILD your marriage and use it to bless you and others.
SO, WATCH YOUR TONGUE!!

💞 Thank You, our Father in Heaven for speaking to us today on the use of the tongue in marriage.
💞Oh, Lord; heal our Tongues! Oh, our God, Sanctify our lips!

TONIGHT, just before going to bed, stand together in your Bedroom. Husband, tell your Wife three things you love about her. Wife should do the same after the husband is done.

End this beautiful session with a Five Minutes “HARP”. “HARP” means: “HUG AND REALLY PRAY!” So, Hug Each Other And Really, Really Pray! You could exceed Five Minutes, if you’re so led by the Holy Spirit.
