OUR ANCHOR SCRIPTURES SHOW THAT A Woman who chooses the path of immorality becomes the following:

(A) A DEEP DITCH into which men fall in their hour of unbridled lust and moral foolishness.

(B) A NARROW PIT into which men crash and are therein trapped; unable to come out.

(C) A WILD PREDATOR that hunts and catches men: husbands of her fellow women as well as unmarried young men and boys; and keeps them as economic, occultic or sexual preys.

(D) A MULTIPLIER OF TRANSGRESSORS ON THE EARTH. She increases crimes and criminals; multiplies abortions and Abortionists; fosters child trafficking, etc.

Now, if ungodly women could cause so much damage to the purposes of God on Earth, a godly and born again housewife should be the opposite in the society since she has the Holy Spirit and the Grace of God at work in her life. These divine Powers are in her to enable her do so much more and in the positive direction. If nothing else, she should at least be able to firmly keep her own Husband from being numbered among the preys of strange women!

As a christian wife, you are the Light of the world and the Salt of the Earth (Matthew 5: 13-14) and therefore should be the complete opposite of the strange woman. The following should be the testimony of your life:

(1) Your life should be full of the Light of Scripture and the Fire of the Holy Ghost such that your husband’s companionship and fellowship with you would impact him spiritually also. No where in the Bible is it written that the wife should be spiritually lower or slower than her husband. Therefore, you have the licence and the liberty to give attention to your spiritual development and grow to your full stature in Christ. The stronger you are spiritually, the better you are as a wife and the Builder of your home (Proverbs 14:1)

(2) Whereas the Strange Woman causes men to stumble, fall and go under, yours should be a virtuous Life that uplifts, strengthens and stabilizes your husband in the paths of godliness; consistently influencing and inspiring him to serve God more!

(3) Your life should be characterized by Holiness so that it will in turn boost Righteousness, Love and Holiness in the Life of your Man.

Quit the ranks of women who focus on the weaknesses of their husbands and punish them indirectly for them. Don’t keep company with women who henpeck and nag their husbands. Yes, don’t be named among the housewives who make the Home uncomfortable for their Spouse. (Proverbs 21: 9, 19).

Becoming a Lovedrunk Daughter of Zion who is ever wanting to love her husband more is a goal so much within your reach.

Double your love for your husband. Yes, double your affection, patience, passion, tenderness, long-suffering, romance and if necessary, double the sexual intimacy as well! In doing these you’re not being foolish but sowing precious seeds that will bring mighty harvests in the future.

Withhold nothing from your husband that God has placed in you for him. Be like the Virtuous Woman of Proverbs 31 of whom this is written: “SHE WILL DO HIM GOOD AND NOT EVIL ALL THE DAYS OF HER LIFE” (Proverbs 31:12)
