🍊🍑🍎When Jesus arrived at the tomb of Lazarus who had been dead for 4 days, He asked that the tomb be opened. Why?
🍊🍑Because any where He could only find Faith, anything dead and decayed would come back to life! This includes dead sexual desires, dead sexual appetites, dead wombs, dead sperms, weak erections, etc. There is no limit to the things God can do where He finds Faith.
🍊🍑And on that day, Martha responded to the Words of Jesus in our anchor scripture above by believing and she got Lazarus’s tomb opened. Jesus prayed and spoke and Lazarus who had been dead for 4 days came back to life!!!
So also can your Faith and Action on God’s Word transform your Sex life to your amazement and joy.
🍊🍑Sex is not dependent on the size, shape and colour of your body but on your MIND. If you believe and practice God’s Word which is the perfect law of liberty on Sex, you’ll enjoy a glorious freedom in your spirit, soul and body about Sex; which will result in a glorious sex life in marriage.
🍊🍑This means that your Sex Beliefs must be based on the Word of God.
🍊🍑Below are some Word of God that your faith and obedience to them will transform your Sex life. When you and your spouse believe these scriptures and live by them, your minds will be sexually renewed and transformed(Romans 12:2); and you’ll have a robust and powerful sex life.
🍊🍑(1) Genesis 2:18 shows that God designed Husband and wife to size each other sexually. So it doesn’t matter if the wife has slept around since she was 11 and her husband is a virgin male whose first sexual experience is with the wife. The understanding that they’re each other’s exact size sexually would make them flow excellently together sexually.
🍊🍑(2) Genesis 2:24 God commands Spouses to cleave to each other. This implies continual Cleaving. Forget your hurt feelings and obey this scripture in practical terms. Embrace, hug, kiss, cuddle; romance deeply, etc, as much as you can in the course of the day.
This prepares your bodies ahead of the time when you’ll strip and make love. The truth is that you’ll always do better in what you took hours of the day to prepare for. But when you make no bodily contact romantically all the day long but only wake up at midnight to make love, don’t be surprised if you see any awkwardness. This is particularly if you’re nervous. In every aspect of life preparation done ahead of time puts you at an advantage.
🍊🍑(3) Genesis 1:31 After God finished the work of creation, He took a look at all He’d made and saw that everything was Very Good including Sex. So see Sexual intimacy in marriage as Very Good. How you look at anything will affect your performance in it. If you see Sex as dirty, then that unfortunate mindset will make you a poor performer in Sex. But if you see it as a glorious and matchless blessing from God, as it truly is, you’ll approach the time of sex with excitement, joy and enthusiasm. That attitude will make you perform the act on a higher level, a higher plane and on a higher altitude. This point is so important. Sexual intercourse in marriage is not fornication that’s evil. It’s pure, sparkling and life giving Water that God tells you to freely drink in marriage(Proverbs 5:15).
🍊🍑(4) 2 Timothy 1:7 In this verse, we are told that as Believers, we don’t have the spirit of fear. One of the causes of sexual failure is fear. As a Child of God, you don’t have the spirit of fear. This Scripture (2 Timothy 1:7) reveals that you have the Spirit of Power, Love and Sound Mind. Wow, this is thrilling!
The Spirit of Love inside you is there to enable you carry out all forms of love successfully; including sexual love with your Spouse. Just like the Spirit of God taught David’s finger how to make War(Psalm 144:1, Psalm 18:34, and 2 Samuel 22:35), so also can the same Spirit of Power Love and Sound Mind in you (the Holy Spirit) teach you how to make love excellently. Let the consciousness of His presence in you put you at ease. Draw on His Power, Love and Sound Mind to perform excellently in your bedroom life!
🍊🍑Give attention and obedience to what you have learned today and you’ll enjoy a glorious sex life in marriage.
