EVERY NEW DAY, GOD PRESENTS YOU A GIFT of a new and better Spouse! This is because every new day, your Spouse quietly evolves into a new Man or Woman you’ve never before seen. Most Spouses aren’t aware of this because the changes may not be significant or obvious, but they’re nonetheless VERY REAL. Everything, I mean everything about the core person of your Spouse changes in every 24 hours! This is why IN MARRIAGE EVERY NEW DAY IS LOVE DAY! Why? Because you’re with a fresh, brand new and better version of the man or woman you saw yesterday before going to bed; and you need to fall in love with them anew and court one another afresh.
Basically, your Spouse, like every other human being is growing and transforming every moment and so changing continually. The Spouse you kissed last night is different by the break of the next day. And they’re better because the Scripture says that better is the end of a thing than the beginning(Ecclesiastes 7:8a) Every new day, your Mate is a day older, a day more mature, a day more experienced, a day more passionate, a day much sweeter, a day more sensationally sexy, etc, etc. And what are you to do? You’re to with a heart of gratitude acknowledge and appreciate them. You’re to discover this newly manifested Spouse; release yourselves to one another; and explore and enjoy each other. As our anchor scripture puts it, it’s a new day to be glad and rejoice together. See to it that you do just that.
Your knowledge of the fact that your Spouse evolves into A NEW AND BETTER LOVER EVERYDAY, will make you understand why you don’t ever need extramarital affairs. The truth is: every human being consists of thousands of versions of themselves which manifest one version after the other, day by day. And do you know what? God is the One Who created Man this way and orchestrates the manifestation of every new version; because He is the One that renews man into his new version:
“WHO satisfieth thy mouth with GOOD THINGS; so that THY YOUTH IS RENEWED LIKE THE EAGLE’S.” (Psalm 103:5) This scripture verse shows that God renews the youthfulness of both you and your Spouse. Your youthfulness is the real essence of your being. He renews your youthfulness by “satisfying your mouth with GOOD THINGS.”
All this means that God has given you in your Spouse thousands of men or women rolled into one for you to enjoy. It should come as no surprise because He deeply loves us and wants us to enjoy our marriages to the fullest and not endure them.
God believes in Pleasure and wants you to enjoy so much of it in your matrimony. Make out time to read Lovebirds’ Devotional of October 2, 2024 titled: ENJOYING THE PLEASURES OF MARRIAGE. It sheds much light on the fact that God wants you to enjoy PLEASURE in your relationship with your Spouse. This is one of the reasons He gives you a new version of your marriage partner every 24 hours. How better could it be? With this divine largesse only a born fool who strayed into marriage needs a Side Chick or a Side Dude.
At the end of every work day, make out time to be with your NEW SPOUSE, discover each other anew and enjoy one another.
