👑WHEN CREATING THE WOMAN, God had a number of creative options that He deliberately refused to use. What are these options?
👑¹Speaking her forth just as He did the Birds and the Animals. ²Creating her directly from the dust of the Earth as He did Man. ³Creating her from a mix of Dust and the Rib of Man.
👑Instead, He chose to create her with A RIB, a “finished product” rather than from raw materials. Why? Because He wanted her to be special since He was making her, not for Himself but as a Love Gift to a Son He loved!(Luke 3:38)
👑In God’s scheme of things, you don’t give the mere and the bare to someone you love but the very best!That’s why the Bible says:
“But as it is written, Eyes hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”(1 Corinthians 2:9)
👑So, God created the woman way beyond all of Adam’s expectations. She was the most fascinating and the most spectacular moving being he’d ever beheld. That prompted his elated speech in Genesis 2: 23.
👑God specially crafted the woman, making her a Treasure, a distinguished Ornament and a Crown of glory to honour the Son He made in His image and likeness. He also made her to be in His image and likeness as much as her husband. So, the wife is the Glory of her husband as our anchor scripture clearly declares.
👑Proverbs 18: 22, says that a wife is a good thing and a visible expression of God’s favour on her husband.
👑After God made Man, He went His back to Heaven. But after He made the woman, it was different. He personally walked with her. He personally brought her to Adam just as you don’t let a distinguished dignitary walk alone but honour them with accompaniment. That’s how God brought the Woman to Man in the Beginning. Because she is a Glory: Man’s glory!
👑That’s why when Rebecca was going to her husband, Isaac, she was accompanied by a team of Maidens(Genesis 24:61).
👑When Laban gave his two daughters respectively to Jacob, he gave each of them a Maid to go with her(Genesis 29:24; Genesis 29:29)
👑In modern day Weddings, the Groom walks into the Church without fanfare, coming casually with his Groom’s man. But when it’s time for the Bride to come into the Church, it’s different because a woman is different: she is the Glory of Man!
👑She comes into the Church with her Chief Bridesmaid and an entire Bridal train. It’s spectacular, breathtaking and magical. She’s the rave of the moment and her sensational entry is unarguably one of the highpoints of the occasion. Why? Because a Woman is the glory of Man.
👑And after the wedding, she soon gets a maid or two from the village. Infact, from the moment she moves into her husband’s formerly dull and monotonous house, things quickly change. The level and quality of life shifts from 15% to 100%.
👑When you walk into that home three years later, you can literally sniff Life: with the kitchen that’s alive, the children playing on the floor, cooking utensils being washed and diverse material things that only a woman can bring into an abode. Indeed, the entire home bustles with pure life because a wife is there.
👑Visit that home when the wife has travelled and you’ll not need to be told that she’s the moving spirit of that family. Yes, the husband is the Head but the woman is the “Heart” that pumps life into the various aspects of that abode.
👑Sir, it’s time to wake up and recapture the Understanding that Adam had when he first beheld his wife and said: “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh…”(Genesis 2:23). Why? Because she was stunning, wondrous and captivating! Your wife is exactly like that TODAY!
👑Don’t let the fact that there are now billions of women make you see the wife that God has gifted you with as ordinary. She’s a Treasure, a distinguished Ornament of Honour. Yes, she’s a your Crown.
👑She has shortcomings, yes. She makes mistakes, yes! These are all because of the Fall of Man which has affected all humanity including you her husband.
👑Wake up, Dear Husband! Be transformed in your mind(Romans 12:2b). Have a new attitude towards your wife.
Be among the men who deeply love, esteem, cherish and pamper their wives!
