WINE OCCUPIES A CENTRAL PLACE IN marriage ceremonies. Wine holds a celebration together and creates it’s atmosphere, mood and ambience. While the music gets people on their feet dancing, it’s the wine that get them sipping, talking, conversing and bantering. Wine “oils” mouths, loosens jaws and drives dullness far away.
All Spouses need to understand that the married life is a celebration of love and the atmosphere of joy at the wedding must be sustained in the home. Spouses must discover Marriage’s own unique wine and drink it avidly to keep the spirit of marital love and celebration active and at work in their union. Where do we find the wine of marriage? Here’s where to find it.
1) IN LIGHT ROMANCE WITH YOUR SPOUSE.
“Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: FOR THY LOVE IS BETTER THAN WINE.”(Song of Solomon 1: 2)
The wine of marriage is found in the various levels of physical love that are available in marriage. In the verse above, the woman desired the kisses of her Spouse and then went on to confess that his love, including his kisses, is BETTER than physical or man-made wine. If man-made wine creates a happy mood, charges the atmosphere and drives away dullness, how much more powerful is the wine of love that God Himself gave to you and your Spouse to freely drink?
2) IN HEAVY ROMANCE WITH YOUR SPOUSE
“She is a lovely deer, a graceful doe. LET HER BREASTS INTOXICATE YOU ALL THE TIME; ALWAYS BE DRUNK ON HER LOVE.”(Proverbs 5:19; CEB)
This is a higher level of physical love in marriage.
There’s a quality of wine you find in light romance. In Proverbs 5:19 sited above, the husband is told to be INTOXICATED with the breasts of his wife. But you won’t be intoxicated by drinking just one glass of the wine of her lovely breasts.
Proverbs 23:30 shows us how drunkards get drunk: THEY TARRY LONG at the wine table and they DRINK MIXED WINE!
Proverbs 23:33 shows that when men become drunk, THEY BEGIN TO SEE STRANGE WOMEN!
But when you get intoxicated with the breasts of your own wife and are drunk with her love(her body), you’ll not DESIRE any other woman except her and vice versa. Why? Because you become addicted to each other and none of you wants another person (read Luke 5:39).
3) THE BEST WINE FROM THE ROOF OF HER MOUTH WILL GET BOTH OF YOU SLEEP-TALKING
We’ve looked at the wine from light and heavy romancing. Now, let’s look at the BEST WINE FROM THE ROOF OF HER MOUTH. Please, pay close attention.
When you read our anchor scripture, it would seem that “the roof of thy mouth” is referring to the wife’s palate. But it’s not! This verse is deliberately crafted with the threads of wisdom and sagacity.
The mouth referred to in this verse is not the mouth for eating rice and beans. It’s the feminine mouth. Her visible mouth has two lips while her feminine mouth has four lips. Do you now understand?
The roof of her mouth is her Clitoris. It’s the Clitoris that produces the Best Wine that “goeth down sweetly”. Who makes this best wine flow from “the roof of her mouth”? It’s the husband as he lovingly and affectionately caresses her Clitoris, “causing the lips of those that are asleep to speak.” How does this happen? Pay attention.
God created the Clitoris in the body of the wife but it’s not to be “handled” by the woman but by her husband. 🍒🍊🪘 As he gently and tenderly caresses it, both the husband and the wife are carried away by pleasure and they begin “sleeping”. Sleeping here is full and intense sexual intercourse. It’s during this phase that “the lips of those that are asleep speak.” This “sleep-talking” is completely different from Somniloquy, which is a sleep disorder. The “speaking of the lips of those that are asleep” as we have it in Song of Solomon 7:9 refers to the moanings, the queefings and all the body sounds that take place as all the lips of the couple are making love sounds. How many lips are speaking? Eight lips. Madam’s six lips and her husband’s two lips. Why are they speaking? Because they’re drunk with mixed wines of light and heavy romancing and the best wine from the roof of her beautiful feminine mouth: her Clitoris
4) THE BEST POSITION FOR SLEEP-TALKING EXPERIENCES
“His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me”(Song of Solomon 8:3)
This scripture reveals the ideal position.
For better understanding, read LOVEBIRDS’ DEVOTIONAL of June 1st and 2nd, 2025.
Christians are not to be drunk with acholic wines(Ephesians 5:18). But we are free to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to be drunk with the Wines of matrimonial love (Proverbs 5:19).
