Sexual intimacy is medicinal. It offers cure for stress, anxiety and depression. It’s preventive medicine for cardiovascular diseases as it promotes heart health. It’s known to relieve insomnia and enhances sleep.
It regulates blood pressure because it provides light cardiovascular exercise and releases hormones that relax the arteries. It protects against hypertension.
🍇🍷🍫🥮🍯Now, can you see why the devil fights you and your Spouse ferociously and does everything possible to ensure that you you don’t have sex frequently? He wants you sick and to be spending on drugs because his mission is to steal kill and destroy!
🍇🍷🍫🥮🍯(8) CONSOLATION When you’re tossed up and down by the tempests of life and you’re weak and feeling faint because of serial losses, turn to this asset that’s always available in your Marriage (2 Samuel 16:2c).
🍇🍷🍫🥮🍯When you’re low on money and poverty stares you in the face and taunts you, get hold of your sexual wealth and use it. You’ll find consolation therein while you await your breakthrough from God. This great blessing is a silent means of consolation in times and seasons of losses, discouragement, distress and seeming abandonment.

🍇🍷🍫🥮🍯(12) CHEERFULNESS It’s a great mood changer. It’s useful for changing a moody atmosphere to that of cheer. And as we saw yesterday, It’s a confidence booster.

Like soap and water, sexual intimacy cleanses the mind of the dirt of lustful thoughts splashed on it by the enemy in the course of the day. It’s the super wiper that wipes off the graffiti of unholy thoughts the enemy flashed on the closed heart of the saintly man or woman.
