On the day you and your spouse got married, you were NOT joined by God to become Prayer Warriors or Business Associates. Neither were you joined to become Church Workers. GOD JOINED YOU TO BECOME ONE FLESH. Marriage is a ONE FLESH COVENANT UNION; and what makes it so is the consummation of the union by the act of Sexual Intercourse.
And from that day forward, SEXUAL INTIMACY is meant to be a CENTRAL, CONSTANT AND CONSISTENT ACTIVITY in your marriage. God permits NOTHING to stop this Covenant Conjugal Fellowship except your mutual choice to suspend it for the sake of FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM BY FASTING AND PRAYER(1 Corinthians 7:5). Doesn’t this tell you how highly God Himself esteems your Sexual Life in Marriage? Are you supposed to regard it any less?

Dear Spouses, learn from the woman in our Anchor scripture for today who prioritized her One Flesh Bond with her husband. She boldly declared that her BODY WAS FOR HIM AND THAT HIS DESIRE FOR HER BODY WAS WELCOME. SHE WAS NOT OPPOSED TO HIS DESIRE FOR HER.

LOVEBIRDS believe in willingly releasing their Body to their Mate on the shortest notice because they’re not ignorant of what God’s Word says on that.

Dear Spouses, it’s a New Year. Recognize, Honour and Prioritize your Mate’s DESIRE FOR YOU. Don’t commonize, trivialize or worst still, detest it; as some do thinking that they’re being spiritual.

Some months ago, I sought to reunite a Preacher and his estranged wife who had the penchant for turning down his DESIRE when she was under his roof. All my entreaties fell on deaf ears because he was avowed NEVER TO SEE HER NAKEDNESS THE REST OF HIS LIFE.
Value the desire of your mate for your BODY!
