USING THE POWER OF YOUR FAITH IN THE BEDROOM LIFE

Scripture:
’45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. 46 This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hands. 48 And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came, and drew nigh to meet David, that David hastened, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. 49 And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth. 50 So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.’
(1 SAMUEL 17: 45-50)

THE DEVIL IS SO WICKED THAT THERE IS NO ASPECT OF LIFE he would not seek to challenge you. For King Saul and the Army of Israel, at the time of our anchor scripture,
it was in the Valley of Elah. Very unfortunately, however, King Saul and the army of Israel chose to stand in fear while Goliath harassed them unopposed for forty days! They all stood in timidity and cowardice until David, a mere teenager who was God-conscious and anointed with the Holy Spirit emerged and within moments killed Goliath and the entire army of Philistia scampered in different directions fleeing for their lives!

Sir, I don’t know how long the so-called Impotence (erectile dysfunction) has challenged you but I know for sure that YOUR FAITH will crush it as you give heed and obedience to this devotional piece. This is even truer for you if you’re born again because you have the Holy Spirit dwelling right inside you! The same Holy Spirit that was upon David when he destroyed the boastful giant of Gath. The truth you’ll learn this morning will set you free as you act on them.

Kindly pay close attention.

Your sexual life is similar to your digestive system. They’re both part of your body and were created with the capacity to function till your last breath.

Just as you don’t accept any thought that tells you that because you’re now 45, 50, 60, 70 years old or more, your digestive systems wouldn’t work any more, so also should you VEHEMENTLY REJECT any thought, opinion or postulations that tell you that you’re now too old to continue to function sexually in marriage, whereas your Mate is still alive.

Before David showed up on the battlefield, the undoing of Saul and his Army was their acceptance of “their Fate” at the hands of Goliath. Everyone bowed to the arrogance of Goliath. When David came, however, he instantly refused that defeatist mental attitude! He challenged Goliath to his face and won loudly! So also must you refuse the defeatist and “all-hope-is-lost” mindset. If you accepted it before, IT’S TIME TO REBEL!! You have faith and your faith is going to challenge impotence and send it packing!

It doesn’t matter if they said it’s because of diabetes. Your Faith can crush both diabetes and impotence!
Remember the woman with the issue of blood. She got her healing because pushed her way forward, used her Faith, touched Jesus and got healed.

From this moment:
1) Refuse to give impotence acceptance just as David refused to accept Goliath’s dominance.

2) David spoke with his mouth assuring Goliath that he would kill him and give his body and those of the philistine army to birds and it was so! So also must you speak! You don’t need to speak for people’s hearing, though. But speak quitely or in whispers. Tell impotence it has no place in your Body!
The Bible says: “Death and Life are in the power of the tongue…”. This means defeat and victory depend on WHAT YOU SPEAK!God never gave you impotence, so boldly declare that you have no impotence. Declare that you’re a Man created in the image and likeness of the Omnipotent God and that you have Sexual Potency and Super Active Virility! As David’s word prevailed, so will your words also prevail!

3) Remember David went to the Brook, picked five stones and openly confronted Goliath. That’s ACTION. So also must you go into FAITH ACTION. Perhaps, you’ve been sleeping separately from your Wife for weeks or months. It’s time to resume lovemaking.

4) Go to bed with your wife in a relaxed and restful mood. Always remember that sexual intimacy is never an exam and no one is keeping records of your performances. So be completely relaxed.

5) Don’t be in a hurry. Your Wife is all yours, isn’t she? The Scripture says: “HE THAT BELIEVES WILL NOT MAKE HASTE.” (Is.28:16). Yes, he that’s walking by faith will not be hasty and fretting. Just relax and enjoy your beloved Wife.

6) Spend much time in love play. This is important. And don’t put your body under pressure to perform. Give it time to go through the processes naturally.

7) Wife, lovingly cooperate with your Husband. Help him believe in himself anew! Be nice and kind in Bed. Avoid using a rough voice and harsh words during this tenderest of times. Use your “Woman Power” intently to seduce him and to electrify the atmosphere with Passion! Unleash the woman in you!

Finally, believe the words of this Scripture:

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”(1 John 5:4-5) If you believe in Jesus Christ, impotence must bow out of your life because it’s of the World. It bows as you exercise your FAITH!
