ONE OF THE DEADLIEST ENEMIES of your marriage is Pornography. It’s pure satanic poison!
When God created you, He designed and wired you to function at your best (as far as Sex is concerned) only in a monogamous marriage relationship, in which you and your Spouse are in love with each and consequently conserve ALL YOUR SEXUAL STRENGTHS for one another. You’re meant to conserve your mental, emotional and bodily sexual strengths for each other.
Now, let’s look at what our anchor Scripture says :
“GIVE NOT THY STRENGTH UNTO WOMEN NOR THY WAYS TO THAT WHICH DESTROYETH KINGS.”(Proverbs 31:3).
These are prophetic utterances from the lips of a Queen Mother who knew better. She had been married to a King and knew from experience how the King’s harem of which she had been part, depleted the vital energies of Kings!
Today, you may physically have just one Spouse but watching Pornography brings you into full blown visual, mental and emotional sexual contact with many women/men. Whether you like it or not, consuming all that stuff most certainly depletes your sexual Strength. More importantly, it affects your mind in very many ways. It opens you up to new but distorted views of what the opposite sex looks like and is sexually. Where as God wants you to be heavily drunk and intoxicated with only the body of your Spouse (Prov. 5:19-20), pornography makes you see other naked women/men that tell you that your Spouse isn’t good looking enough, isn’t sexually appealing enough, and “Oh, what a daft and poor performing sex mate you’ve married”! Meanwhile, you don’t know that many of those “perfect sexual performances” on screen are drug-powered and the pictures thoroughly edited!
Porn diminishes the erotic vigour of the mind and body. In watching porn, you’re giving away mental and bodily strengths you ought to conserve for the time you and your Spouse will come together.
Porn watching is a behaviour that gratifies momentarily but fuels you with evil urges.
A born again housewife began watching internet Porn. It was only a matter of time and she fell into full blown adultery. To the extent of bringing a man into her matrimonial bed.
I counselled a ministry couple. The husband was addicted to internet porn. And then he was hit by Impotence! Where did it come from? From watching Porn, of course.
I read of a Missionary couple who descended so low as to invite their housemaid to join them to practice Threesome! Of course, they must have been watching porn to have been so obsessed to desire to a Threesome and thereby consciously defiling their own Marriage
Dearly Beloved Spouses, Porn isn’t “Adult Entertainment”. No!
It’s heavy satanic assault on the body and the mind. During production, spells and other satanic forces are programmed into them! Therefore, flee for your life; run away from Pornography.
