🫧💧🌊When creating you, God loaded so much romantic and erotic powers into you to last you an entire lifetime. Yes, you heard me well: an entire lifetime!
🫧💧🌊When you hear a man or a woman saying, “I don’t love my partner anymore; I’m tired of the whole marriage!”, just know that you’re listening to an ignorant liar. You want a proof, right? Just read on.
🫧💧🌊If this “love-tired”, “sex-tired” and “romance-weary” fellow abandons that marriage in self-will and defiance to all reasonable counsel and meets another person that hits their fancy in a month’s time or even less, they’ll start smiling exuberantly. They gradually warm up to the person’s embrace. And before you can say Jack Robinson, they’re “in love” and acting sweet and dressing sweet again. And you wonder where they found the new supply of love energy and romantic ardour! Didn’t they say to everyone that they were “love-tired”, “sex-tired” and “romance-weary”?
🫧💧🌊The truth is very simple: they closed their heart to their former husband or wife and that’s how the love in them stopped flowing.
🫧💧🌊In marriage, you must keep an open heart. This means you must not let anything make you feel dismayed about your partner. They’re simply imperfect and God is already working on that; just as He’s also working on your own numerous imperfections.
🫧💧🌊Each of us has a mighty ocean of love placed in him/her to last us an entire lifetime. And this mighty reservoir of love contains the grace to forgive, bear and overlook each other’s faults; and to do so again and again.
🫧💧🌊Of course, if yours is an abusive marriage in which your Mate is a wild and savage bully whose animalistic behaviour is a threat to your life, do the needful. Open your mouth and tell your family and all the other stakeholders who played significant roles in your coming together as husband and wife!! Don’t keep quiet! Let them know so they’d call him/her to order immediately.
🫧💧🌊Don’t forget that as humans, we have a mighty ocean of Love inside of us. That’s why men like Moses and Abraham could conveniently marry in their old age.
🫧💧🌊Never say that you’re tired of your marriage and your spouse. Instead, draw on the mighty ocean of love within you and fall in love with them anew. It’s wisdom to fall in love anew with your spouse again and again and again than to close your heart against them and then “fall in love” with the man who sat in the next seat to yours on the plane; whose warm conversation and aromatic perfume got you turned on!
🫧💧🌊The truth is we have the “falling in love” mechanism always in us every where we go. But the marriage covenant demands that you don’t turn it on for anyone else other than your Spouse. Do you understand?
🫧💧🌊So when your Spouse offends you, keep your heart open to them and before you know it, you’re in love with them again. So keep drawing from the mighty ocean of love that’s within you and loving your Spouse and vice versa.
