🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢LOVE FOR ALL SEASONS
Marriage calls spouses to a life of loving each other through the changing seasons and scenarios of life.
🌶️It’s pure immaturity to expect things to be endlessly jolly and sweet, as they were on your wedding day or during your honeymoon weeks. Such a puerile or childish mindset has been the undoing of many impatient spouses who rashly forsook a promising marriage—opting for divorce—in the hope that they would find a better partner soon. But up to this moment, they’re still searching, and there are no eligible bachelors or spinsters showing interest in walking down the aisles with them.
🥑Do you know why? It’s because divorce carries a heavy burden. It makes prospective marriage candidates run from the divorced for fear of the societal rejection a marriage to such a person generates, especially among people within the Christian faith community.
🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢WE LIVE IN A CHANGING WORLD!
Sir/Ma, we live in a changing world, and it’s not the fault of anyone. Whether you like it or not, things will change—including times, fortunes, and your own self.
☕Whether you like it or not, over time, your physical appearance and your spouse’s will go through changes. But God’s plan is that whatever betides, your love, commitment, and loyalty to each other as husband and wife should remain intact, strong, unwavering, and steadfast.
🍓It’s in adapting yourselves to these changes and cleaving to one another all the more in the face of the undesirable and harsh realities of life that your marriage will grow bigger, taller, and more thrilling—and you’ll find each other sweeter and fonder.
🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢DON’T LET AN ACCIDENT FRACTURE YOUR MARRIAGE
A lumberman and his wife lived together happily. On one workday, he headed out to his workplace, expecting to return home safely as usual.
🚂But on this day, while climbing a tree, his tree-climbing belt snapped, and he fell right into a wood-processing machine that was fully operational. He was almost ground alive. Thankfully, someone quickly switched off the engine. Even so, immense damage had been done to his body.
🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢AND ANOTHER MARRIAGE FELL
At the end of six months in the intensive care unit of the hospital, he finally returned home looking completely different from his former self. His appearance had changed, but not the content and disposition of his heart and mind. Unfortunately, his wife thought and felt differently.
🌶️After some time, she told him she was leaving the marriage. She couldn’t see how she would spend the rest of her life living with such a man. Things had changed, and so had her mind.
🍍The man’s physical form was altered, and she was likely too ashamed of being married to a disfigured man. She probably didn’t understand how binding the marriage covenant is. The Bible says:
”For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.”(Romans 7:2)
🍯So, disfigurement is no valid reason to leave one’s husband or wife.
🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢STAND BY YOUR SPOUSE!
Dearly beloved, since you voluntarily chose to marry your partner, make the bigger, more important, and more noble decision to stand with them in sickness and in health, for better or for worse.
🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢WE DON’T PRAY FOR THE WORSE
In some church wedding literature today, the phrase “for better, for worse” has been expunged or removed under the belief that it is not good for the bride and groom to confess such words on their wedding day. That view isn’t bad in itself.
🫛However, whether a couple uses those words on their wedding day or not, the challenges and trials of life will surely come. And when they do, we must choose to bravely love our mate despite the pain we may feel.
🌡️💊🩺💉👒👛🎩🧢CONCLUSION
Marriage is a covenant relationship—always remember that.
🌽Your wedding vows may be something you rarely think of these days, but God hasn’t forgotten. He remembers them every second that ticks and expects you to keep them. Love your spouse and faithfully stay in that marriage through all the changing seasons of life, “till death do you part.”
🫒When your wife is too weak to fulfill her obligations in the kitchen, step up and help her out. And when your husband is struggling financially, don’t raise hell. Don’t start a scene so that everyone in the neighbourhood will know how he’s not a good provider for his family. Be the helpmate God created you to be: open your financial storehouse and help cover the bills that need to be paid.
”Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”(Galatians 6:2)
This is Christianity.👛🎩

“To quickly clean a mouth before kissing, use a 30-second antiseptic mouthwash rinse, chew sugar-free gum, or drink a glass of water. Brushing teeth and gently scraping the tongue removes the primary source of odor-causing bacteria for long-lasting freshness.”
